17th Avenue Build Update…

The hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets were installed last week. The doors are being hung and trimmed out. All the trim is from Baird Brothers and is poplar. MDF will never be installed in a Bitar Home. Most of the home will be trimmed out by the middle of next week. The finish line is fast approaching for this custom quality home!

The main living space is really coming together. The hardwood floors made the home feel even more expansive and open. We designed this house to allow for abundant natural light. Even on a cloudy day, the house is lit up with natural light!

The kitchen island will sit four people and the space between the island and exterior wall base cabinets is ample. The wall cabinets are 42 inches in height. Quartz countertops will be installed in a few weeks.
