New Construction Home to be Completed April of 2024- Patterson Twp.
The new construction ranch home, in Patterson Township, will be completed by April of 2024 and will officially be for sale. The next home will be on 37th Street Extension and we will break ground this spring.
This past week we focused on exterior work. We are doing custom-type trim work on the exterior to add character. The black wrap on the exterior door jambs complements the black windows. A huge white bandboard was added around the house with a small trim piece on top. The windows were trimmed out and the front porch. Two-by-fours were added to the front porch ceiling and wrapped with black trim. Siding will go on during the next nice stretch of warm days.
