The Crew adds value 158 Beaver St, Beaver PA. House has since sold.

158 Beaver Street, located in Beaver Pa is an exceptional home that was well cared for and has a rich historical background. My lead contractor Dan referred me as a realtor as he knew the owners very well. Dan and I viewed the home before listing it to see what improvements could be made to increase the sale price. Dan and I determined that some painting in the dining room and main floor bathroom were a must. The gutters needed cleaned and yard work was also needed. My other contractor Tim noticed some minor electric work should be done as certain wires were exposed.

Sometimes the “less is more” approach is called for when deciding what improvements to make on a home before listing. I, along with my crew, understand the cost benefit analysis when it comes to figuring out the scope of work. The three of us have flipped over forty homes in the over the last 12 years so are able to discern the best approach for each house. The owners agreed to the scope of work, and though the work was minimal, the difference it made was substantial. The house has since sold.

I was on the Marianne Hall group (an amazing team) during this project. I am now with Coldwell Banker.
